I have just completed my paediatric first aid course with Yvonne. From someone who gets terrible anxiety.. I found myself to feel instantly relaxed and at ease with her. In fact I found that on the second day,I had no nerves at all and couldnt wait to get there! I thoroughly enjoyed the course and Yvonne is a brilliant teacher. It doesnt feel like a typical course because she makes it so fun. I would definitely recommend Yvonne to anyone!! Thank you again Yvonne. X

I don’t want to sound all gushy now (cos blokes don’t do that, especially from up north!) however, you made the classes friendly, funny and informative so we could all take it in and remember it.

Because of my chosen career path I have always required to be qualified in First Aid as it is a vital component in my portfolio.
I have been delivered first aid training by a variety of organizations for over 25 years. However, I have to state that the First Aid at Work course delivered by Yvonne was the best I had encountered over all these years. Her significant experience is obvious during her presentations; she interacts well with her audience and is a skilful teacher and a highly proficient First Aider who draws upon her practical knowledge to give an very interesting and valuable skill.
