1. Payment
Payment to be remitted with the booking or within 28 days of invoice issue.
- A late payment fee of £10 will apply after this date and further like charges will apply for every successive 28 day period that the invoice remains unpaid.
- We reserve the right to withhold certificates until payment has been received by us.
- If certificates are issued and the course is not paid for within 28 days, the candidate’s name will be removed from the register until such payment is made. This will render their qualification invalid and they may not practice as a first aider.
2. Documentation
Course documentation can only be provided to those delegates who attend the course.
3. Transfer Fees
All course transfers are subject to a charge of 10% of the course fee, except where less than five working days notice is given, when 50% of the course fee will be payable.
4. Cancellation Fees
The cancellation fees are as follows:
i) From the date of acceptance by Academic & Commercial Training to 21 working days prior to the commencement of the course – 10% of the fees.
ii) Within a period of 20 to 8 working days prior to the commencement of the course – 25% of the fees.
iii) Within a period of 7 working days prior to the commencement of the course – 50% of the fees.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend dates, speakers, contents of courses or venues due to circumstances beyond our control.
