Academic & Commercial Training offers academic training to individuals as well as health and safety services to industry. Based in Taunton, and serving not only Somerset but the rest of the country, we deliver flexible, innovative training packages to companies of all sizes.
We are an approved supplier of training to Local government, University of Bath, Honeywell Aerospace, Numatic International and Oscar Mayer, to name a few. References are available on request.
Our HSE registered First Aid Training Department is staffed by highly experienced professionals with a proven track record. Most staff are active in NHS roles and private ambulance services.
The department head and company founder is Yvonne Hall. A former high school English and History teacher, she is a well known and trusted trainer with 43 years of First Aid experience and 32 years teaching experience. She believes passionately in what she does and has chosen her fellow trainers for their commitment to their role and shared belief that training must be hands-on and fun.
A unique feature of Academic & Commercial Training is that students with little or no English are actively encouraged to undertake our courses.
